Once a Warrior - Always a Warrior!

Justin was a founder member of WarriorsMMA and the first of our fighters to go semi-pro. He is currently serving with 1 Rifles.
Justin 'TinMan' Maker

Sam trained with us almost from the beginning. He was known for his manic grin & enthusiastic style. As a talented gymnast & rugby player, he was extremely hard to put on the floor. He was the first Warrior to take part in a Tough Guy competition. He left us in 2008 to go to university in Birmingham.
Sam 'The Mule'

Jonny joined us with Sam and left shortly after Sam went to university, in order to travel. He started MMA with the aim of getting fit ready to join the 'Paras. He stayed for the fighting.

Jonny will always be remembered for his awsome KO at Worcester: mm "You can hit him in the head Jonny" mmm"Oh, yes..."mmm Boom!

Jonny Young

Louise was our first female fighter and trained for several months before taking a pause to become an English Full Contact Kickboxing champion. She returned for a while but has recently retired, undefeated in MMA, after the birth of her son. She now runs a Personal Training business.
Louise 'The Terrier' Tanner

Having previously trained in both Brazil & Thailand, Tony was a key member of the team for some years, making an impressive fight debut at MMA League. Unfortunately he destroyed his PCL at Season 2 Round 3. Never-the-less he continued to train with modified activities and always came to class to help out less experienced team members. One of the key aspects of WarriorsMMA is the feeling of family amongst the team.

Over time his knee improved drastically and he has recently moved to Holland to train over there.

Sooty & Bing are Ammo Techs and train with us when they are not posted overseas. During their time with us they have introduced several stock phrases into Warriors day to day vocabulary, such as "shut up & push" & "man up".

Always a pleasure to have you guys in class!

Rob 'Sooty' Soutar and Martin 'Bing' Crosby

Neal joined us in order to get fit enough to join the Marines. He left autumn 2009 to join the Marines - job done!

A gentle giant - both in stature & composure.

Neal
