  • Tuesday : Circuit Training, Muay Thai, MMA

Also for semi-pro, during competition season, I would advise one personal training session / week with John or Luke, Sports Massage once / fortnight & 2 weights sessions/week - ask one of our personal trainers for advice on functional weight training for MMA.
